When Chaos Is Euphoric
There’s a kind of chaos that doesn’t feel like chaos at all. It feels like home. The raised voices. The emotional highs and lows. The constant tension that keeps your nervous system on edge… And somehow— you function best inside it. Because stillness feels unfamiliar. Peace feels suspicious. Silence feels… loud. When you’ve lived in trauma long enough, your body starts to confuse dysfunction with normal. Adrenaline feels like purpose. Survival feels like identity. Chaos feels like being alive. So when life finally slows down— when things are calm, steady, even good— you don’t relax… You feel restless. You feel bored. You feel like something is missing. But what’s missing… is the chaos you learned to survive in. This is the part no one talks about: Healing doesn’t just mean leaving chaos behind. It means learning how to live without needing it. It means retraining your mind to stop chasing intensity and start embracing stability. It means realizing: Just because it feels normal doesn’t mean it’s healthy. And just because peace feels unfamiliar doesn’t mean it’s wrong. You are not meant to live in survival mode. You are not meant to need chaos to feel alive. There is a version of you that feels safe in stillness… that doesn’t need the storm to know who they are. And meeting that version of you might feel uncomfortable at first— but that’s not danger. That’s healing. Can you identify just one area of your life that could use this adjustment?

“MYSELF vs MY SELF”
If you’ve been living as yourself and not as your “self” I invite you to consider this: Myself is who the world shaped. The coping mechanisms. The masks. The survival version of you. Myself says (in the deep layers of the mind): “I am what happened to me.” “I am what they called me.” “I am what I had to become to survive.” But your Self… your true Self… Was never broken. Your Self is who God created before the trauma, before the labels, before the lies. Your Self says: “I am chosen.” “I am whole.” “I am made in His image.” There is a voice within you that does not sound like fear… that does not echo your past… that does not agree with your wounds. That voice is your Self. Healing is not becoming someone new— it’s returning to who you were before the world told you who to be. So the question is not: “Who am I trying to become?” It’s: “Who did I abandon to survive?” And are you ready… to come back home?

✨Hope Springs Eternal ✨
Hope does not float freely in the air— it has a name, a moment, a victory. It is anchored in the resurrection of Jesus! “Hope Springs Eternal” is not just a feeling…..it is a fulfilled promise. Because hope is not born from optimism— it is born from an empty tomb. On the third day, when the stone was rolled away, it wasn’t just a MIRACLE … it was a DECLARATION: Death is not final. Sin is not sovereign. Darkness does not win. Hope springs eternal because Jesus rose. The cross proved LOVE. But the resurrection proved POWER . Without the resurrection, hope would be fragile— a wish, a belief, a maybe. But because Jesus walked out of that grave, hope became unshakable reality. Not “things might get better”… but “life has already overcome death.” The same hands that were pierced are the hands that broke the chains. The same body that was buried is the body that rose in glory. And that means this: Nothing in life is too dead to be REVIVED. Nothing too broken to be RESTORED . Nothing too lost to be REDEEMED . “Hope Springs Eternal” because the resurrection didn’t just HAPPEN for you— it now LIVES within you. The power that raised Jesus is still RAISING HEARTS, still RESTORING SOULS, still BRINGING LIGHT into places that feel sealed shut. So when you feel buried… remember who walked out first. When you feel like it’s over… remember what the empty tomb declared. Hope is not guessing. Hope is not striving. Hope is standing on this TRUTH: HE IS RISEN AND BECAUSE HE LIVES, HOPE NEVER DIES. 🙏🏼✨

The Beautiful In - Difference
I find myself today in reflection upon difference and am gonna ‘play’ with this word a little. We are different, we are all unique. Created individually by Gods beautiful and perfect design. We journey through this life on our own path and yet travel it alongside others. Some we choose to walk beside and others who just happen to be on that same path, yet our uniqueness places us apart from each other. With some we feel kindred, recognizing our shared likenesses and embracing the beauty of how those likenesses unite us. This is the blessing of JOY in this journey of life. However, our uniqueness means there WILL be differences. Differences are not bad, they are in fact good. A world where we have no differences is a boring and stagnated existence. If we all viewed things the same way we would be ‘Stepford-esque’. In that scenario there is NO GROWTH within ourselves. We must grow in order to spiritually evolve. Lacking in recognizing, respecting, and honoring differences does not make us ‘indifferent’ and indifference is not choosing to ignore the differences, it is rather respecting the differences and seeing beyond them to experience the true beauty of our fellow journeyers. We don’t have to agree, we are different! What we need to focus on is how the differences enhance our journey through teaching us things we can learn beyond our existing understanding. So I’ll end with, I CHOOSE BOTH! I recognize, respect, and honor our differences. I pray that our indifferences would become the place to learn from each other and unite more deeply, authentically, and honestly; rather than disconnect and dissolve potential joyful harmony. I share this in Loving Kindness 💛 Be Blessed 🙏🏼✨
