I didn't set out to heal myself with creativity. It just happened. In the middle of my identity crisis, I found myself doing something I hadn't done since I was a kid: making things...doodling,folding papers .... Paper flowers, at first. Then journaling. Then painting. Nothing fancy. Nothing perfect. Just... creating. And here's what surprised me. For those 15 minutes when I was folding petals or mixing colors, my brain would finally SHUT UP. No work thoughts. No existential dread. No "who am I?" spiraling. Just me and the paper. It became my coping mechanism. My therapy. My way back to myself. I started to realise: I wasn't just making flowers. I was making space. Space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to just be. That accidental discovery changed my life. And now?
