@Cedrick Herron Hi there..thanks for your kind words! So, I was working on a deal prior to joining Aaron's program. I reached out to a builder in my area to see if they were looking to purchase land. He shared with me that he was...and that he was also looking to sell some lots. We made an agreement that I would receive a flat fee if I could find him a qualified end buyer. In a nutshell. I served as a broker, bird dog..or in this case....a dirt dog. So, it wasn't a traditional wholesale deal or land banking deal...but it was still a land deal! Just confirms that there are several ways to make money in this space. I hope this helps.
