💰 PROMPT: Find The One Thing To Start First
You sit down to work. Your head holds twenty things, and every one of them feels loud. Do you know which one to start? Most of the time, the loudest task on your list is the one carrying the most guilt, and nobody checked what happens if it waits. 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 👇 📍 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗧 Act as a calm chief of staff who helps a busy business owner decide what to do first. Here is everything on my mind today: [PASTE YOUR MESSY BRAIN DUMP]. I have about [HOURS] of real working time today. Pick the ONE task I should start right now. Give me the first move to make, how long it will take, and how I will know it is done. Do not make a full plan and do not list the rest. If anything's unclear, ask me. Fill in the brackets. Then run it in Claude or ChatGPT. 👇 Prompts 2 and 3 are in the comments. ------------ 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗱? The prompt picks one task. The 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 plans your day and gives everything else a place: 1️⃣ The one task to start now, with your first move, the time it takes and how you will know it is done 2️⃣ One to three priorities for today, each with a reason, sized to the hours you really have 3️⃣ A place for everything else: schedule it, hand it off, park it or drop it 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗠𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆 👇 🔹 This skill, waiting in the pinned post 🔹 Your first 7 AI Specialist skills 🔹 The next Skill-of-the-Week when it drops 🚨 𝗗𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗟𝗢𝗔𝗗 𝗧𝗢𝗗𝗔𝗬: 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 🚨 Each Skill-of-the-Week is ONLY available for 7 days before it moves into the Skill Vault for Premium & VIP members. My ChatGPT Pro has been doing this for me for months, without any skills. Checks my calendars, inbox, tells me if there is something really urgent requiring my attention. Then checks product roadmaps, backlogs and security issues for my almost 40 projects and suggests 1 thing I should do today. Which is valuable because it makes me do that one thing (amongst 50 others)
Giving AI agents a single prompt, GPU with Lora Pilot MCP and $1 budget to produce 30s video
Their only supplied creative asset was a logo. I loosely defined two themes and left the third up to them. Both ran with thinking on High and received the same prompt. Each had: - An RTX PRO 6000 MIG instance with 48 GB VRAM available - LoRA Pilot running on the pod - Prepared workflows and downloaded models for Minimax H3 video generation and Qwen Edit image editing - Permission to download other models or use different workflows - A maximum budget of $1 per video I wanted to see how they'd turn a vague brief into something watchable when they had access to the tools and some freedom to choose how to use them. Choosing what to generate, how to work with the logo, and where to spend that small budget were all part of the task. The comparison started with an argument in an AI community. I said Astra had been giving me better results for this kind of work, then realised I should probably have something to show for that claim.. I develop LoRA Pilot, and this doubled as a test of the MCP server coming in the next version. These videos are experiments around my own product, so that's the connection.
DAY 1: I did the research. Then I threw it out the window.
# Vibe Coding Roblox Game MVP in 14 Days Because apparently I need 5+ parallel projects running at any given moment (yes, I DO HAVE #ADHD), and after yesterday I only had 4, I did the only reasonable thing: I started building a Roblox game at night. Yes. Roblox. 🙈 The platform where my total lifetime playtime is around 4 hours. All of it with my son. Which obviously makes me perfectly qualified to think: "Maybe I can misunderstand this badly enough to make something original." At first, I tried to behave like a responsible adult. I did the research. I looked at game performance through MAU, DAU, ARPU, LTV, retention, monetization models, growth strategies, social loops, platform trends, creator economy dynamics, and all the other acronyms that make a person sound smart until they have to build something. Then I threw most of it away. Not because the data was useless. It was useful. But when you start Roblox development in 2026 after a 25-year career somewhere completely else, you need to preserve at least a tiny amount of self-respect. Or at least keep the self-inflicted damage on brand. My theory was simple: maybe not knowing Roblox properly is an advantage. I do not know what you are "supposed" to build. I do not know which mechanics have already been chewed into dust. I do not know what players consider standard. So maybe I can still come up with something that is not just another simulator, tycoon, obby, or pet collector with a different monetization hat. So I got carried away. I wrote down mechanics, weird monetization angles, social ideas, things I did not notice during my extremely scientific 4-hour Roblox field study, and folded them into 4 game concepts. Then I threw them at GPT and Sonnet with roughly this prompt: ```text Here, roast me. These are 4 Roblox game concepts. Tell me what cannot be done, what is naive, what is production suicide, what is impossible on Roblox, what would fail retention, and what sounds like it came from someone who thinks Roblox is just Unity with kids.

If you're building consistent AI characters/products for content and don't want to become a Docker admin — sharing a tool
If you are training LoRAs or learning modern Stable Diffusion workflows, LoRA Pilot is meant to give you a complete working environment without making you assemble every piece by hand. The stack includes the tools people already use: Kohya SS for proven LoRA training, AI Toolkit for newer model workflows, Diffusion Pipe with TensorBoard, ComfyUI for node-based inference, InvokeAI for a focused generation UI, plus JupyterLab, code-server, dataset prep, tagging, media review, model downloads, logs, and service controls. The useful part is the integration. Models, datasets, outputs, configs, and logs live under one persistent /workspace. You can train, test, compare, restart, and come back later without losing your setup every time a pod stops. LoRA Pilot supports 30+ model families for training: SD1, SD2, SDXL, SD3, FLUX.1, Chroma, Lumina, LTX/LTX2, HunyuanVideo, Wan2.1/Wan2.2, Cosmos, HiDream, Qwen-Image, Z-Image, and more. For inference, ComfyUI and InvokeAI cover basically all relevant current image and video workflows. The project is useful if you want to learn the full loop: - collect images, - prep and caption the dataset, - train the LoRA, - test outputs, - compare results, - refine, - keep the workflow reproducible. It is not trying to hide the underlying tools. You still get the real training and inference stack. LoRA Pilot gives you a cleaner cockpit around it, because sometimes the enemy is not the model. It is the setup. Start here: www.lorapilot.com

Hi everyone, my name is Mike and I am an AI addict 🙈 When I saw name of this group, I couldnt resist. Since january I’ve spent almost 17B tokens, created almost 20 MVPs (and never launched 15 of them) and around 40 products for my clients. My specialty is GenAI / stable diffusion but haven’t come accross a project yet I could not deliver. Love these: Signs You Might Be an AI-holic: 1. You’ve “just tested” 15 AI tools… today. 2. You spend more on AI subscriptions than groceries. 3. You call ChatGPT your “cofounder.” 4. You say “prompt engineering” at parties—and think it’s sexy. 5. You’ve started more GPT projects than Netflix series. 6. You can’t stop tweaking the prompt… ever. 7. You named your dog “Claude.” 8. You tell yourself “this one’s for passive income” at least weekly. 9. You’re reading this list instead of finishing your micro-SaaS idea. (check, check, check .. except 7 - got a puppy this year and named him Bono. And 3? Yup, my openclaw is part of the team in my pitch deck 🤷🏻‍♂️)
