Russian Tie
Hi guys, I asked some questions about the Russian tie before, and I have another one. When they keep circling around when you have the tie, do you just circle with them for as long as they do? I don't feel like I should be trying to spin in circles with my opponent until one of us gives up. I know you can shoot to the other side as they circle, but is there any specific way to do this?

@Maher Darwish Usually look for accomplishments of the coaches + if the gym fits your budget or schedule. Accomplishments of the wrestlers are good too, like if they've consistently put their wrestlers to compete at a high level.
