@Charles Perry if you look at the big picture it is cost effective because it makes your customers feel safer but it is really driven by the type of event, some events you want to just push food out like fire works, parades and even some caterings. Other times you may be at a street location where everything is to go for the customer. That is why I used basket liners, foil, 2lb boats, 3 lb boats, single styrofoam containers and large styrofoam containers. There is no right or wrong but like everything I say keep it simple. People want friendly service and good food. The key is repeat business I think.
