My finished Third Poetry Book, my newly created professional photo of me, and my new book cover Title created by Canva
Hi Dani and hi everyone! Guess what? I just recently finished writing my third poetry book called ā€œUniqueness: Loving Who One Is Meant To Beā€, my friend created a new professional photo of me, and I found an absolutely beautiful book cover Title I created via Canva that I chose of an absolutely beautiful Zimbabwe waterfall and sunset! I placed it all on my Author Website here at https://michaelteferi.author-pages.com, so please let me know your thoughts and opinions about it all with me!

My Two Poetry Books from Minuteman Press in Alexandria, VA
Hi Dani! Guess what? Something extraordinary happened yesterday to me! I talked to my aunt over the phone after she got home from work, and here’s what happened: She told me that she went on her lunch hour to head to Minuteman Press in Alexandria, VA, which had franchises in different places such as in North America, Canada, and Australia, and she picked up the two physical copies of my poetry books that have been professionally printed out, and I paid for them. She said that she loves them, and that I will love them too! She’s going to bring them both to me on Saturday. I asked her to please take pictures of me with each of my poetry books, one at a time, to showcase my love for them. On Saturday, I will get these pictures of me taken with each of my poetry books, one at a time, and I will post them here on Skool, Substack, Facebook, Instagram, and my Author Website. Hope to hear back from you sometime soon, Dani! Please let me know your thoughts and opinions!

@Dani Rosenblad James Thanks so much! I figure sharing my news with you all was the least I could say and do for you all. I will share the photos with you later when I am free on Saturday! My aunt and I have plans first off to get my two poetry books here in the palm of my hands with pictures of me with each poetry book of mine and myself to showcase the love I have for them, plus we are going to hang out at Starbucks, Walmart, Barnes & Noble, and eat lunch at Akasaka Sushi and Japanese Steakhouse all here in Manassas, VA.
What Happens On A Book Call? ā˜Žļø
I've noticed some writers hesitate to book a call because they think: "What if I'm not ready?" But the truth? Most people who book a call aren't ready. That's why they book it. šŸ“† When we talk, I'm looking for: 🌿 what's working 🌿 what's unclear 🌿 what's slowing you down 🌿 what your next step should be Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes we uncover why you've been stuck for months. Either way, you'll leave with more clarity than you arrived with. If you've been wondering whether support would help, Book a call. šŸ“± Let's find out.

@Dani Rosenblad James Hi Dani! There is something wrong with Calendy when it comes to booking a call. I tried to, yet there’s a section that asks you to select an answer to a question, yet it’s not available to open the drop-down menu to display a choice for an answer. It looks like I am unable to book a call until that becomes available. Can you please help me with that?
Thoughts on a Workshop Book Talking?
Now many of you know where you're at with your book. And something that's important to know is HOW TO TALK ABOUT YOUR BOOK! šŸ“– ā‰ļø Why is this Important ā‰ļø If you do book signings, on stage, speaking, or just talking with friends and family, wouldn't it be nice to know how to talk about your book? It helps you have more confidence and knowing what is best to focus on in a specific allotted time. I plan on having a wonderful guest, @Chris Hanlon do a workshop over this. He has helped a few and his experience has lead him to help people gain knowledge on speaking. So, this would be perfect to learn more about as an author! It's another form of storytelling! We are working on the times that would fit best. Let me know if this is something that would interest you! 😁

@Dani Rosenblad James Hi Dani and hi everybody! This is Michael Teferi here! I am definitely interested in this process of talking about my poetry books as a trilogy! It starts with my debut poetry book called ā€œTransformation: A Way Of Creating One’s Life Anewā€. It’s all about inspiration, self-help/personal growth, and spirituality. I would love to talk about my poetry books anytime, anywhere. Please let me know your thoughts and opinions! My second poetry book is called ā€œConnection: Enjoying And Appreciating Life Fullyā€. My third poetry book in this trilogy of mine is called ā€œPhenomenal: Being Who One Is Born To Beā€. I currently have a fourth poetry book that’s in process that’s happening as we speak, and when it’s completed that poetry book of mine is going to be called ā€œUniqueness: Loving Who One Is Meant To Beā€.
Share YOUR Favorite Book! šŸ“–
I love learning about other types of books and find out why they are important to others. I want you to share a book that has had an impact in your life, is your ALL TIME FAVORITE, or a book that you want to share with all of us! Please explain why you decided to share it and 1-2 sentences to explain what the book is about! šŸ“š Let’s help one other and grow! Now remember if you’re feeling like you’re stuck on a hamster wheel of writing, planning, marketing or anything to do with creating your book, I’m here. Reach out to me and let’s see where we can go from there! ā¤ļø

@Dani Rosenblad James Hi Dani and hi everyone! This is Michael Teferi here, a BIPOC Poet, Writer, Positive Psychology Coach, Debut Poetry Book Author, & Podcast Host. My favorite book from back when I was the shy, quiet kid at Brightwood Elementary School in Washington, DC in the 1980s, and it was called ā€œThe Amazing Power of Ashur Fineā€ by Donald J. Sobol. It’s a fictional book about a boy who meets a powerful elephant in the Zoo who gives him the power to be anyone that he wants to be, living or dead, by simply wishing to be. This book shined a light onto who I am as someone who felt immediately misunderstood and didn’t know his place in the world, so reading this fantastic, epic book helped me see something unique and powerful that I hadn’t seen in myself until much later, because I was a late bloomer!

@Dani Rosenblad James Yes indeed, it’s definitely powerful beyond measure to me! I wonder about this kids’ movie that’s out which you’re talking about. What’s the name, Dani?
