@Ahmed Gebril it can be smarter to start on the lower end of the range (4–6 reps) if you’re using heavier weight or focusing on strength. That helps you manage fatigue and maintain solid output across all sets. That said, some guys struggle to move the weight safely and with control at very low rep ranges (like 4 reps), especially if they haven’t built the skill or stability yet. Just because you can move a heavy load for 4 reps doesn’t mean it’s always the best choice. if the rep quality breaks down, it’s a wasted set.
