My warm up is the few hits I did. I just wish there was a recording of some of the shows we did. I'm 60 now with back problems but I still get on my Alesis PRO SE and bang out 200 bpm + bon the kicks once in awhile.

I'm no extreme drummer, never have been, but I've been playing for 43 years and feel I'm better now than I've ever been. I've been streaming on Twitch for a while now... about 290 streams.
