After navigating loss, grief, sobriety, reinvention, and more plot twists than I care to count, I've learned that growth rarely happens when life is comfortable. Through a blend of personal stories and trauma-informed education, it explores the science of trauma through a real-life lens—helping readers understand how the body responds to stress, loss, and survival, and why. At its core, the book carries a simple message: healing isn't about becoming someone new. It's about returning to the person you were before life convinced you that you had to be someone else. My coaching style is grounded, honest, practical, and sometimes sprinkled with a little humor. I believe in real conversations, compassionate accountability, and meeting people exactly where they are. I have healed myself from a chronic gastro intestinal disease the doctors tell people they will have for life.
