Selank/Semax
Just ordered my selank and Semax nasal sprays from Atomik Labz! Excited to give it a try. Do you spray Semax in the AM and Selank in the PM? I am looking forward to the sleep benefits I’ve heard about from Selank, so I ordered Semax as well cause why not. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

@Barry Freeman thank you! Going to start with 500 mcg of each, and I’ll play with the selank time of dosing to figure out which works best for the sleep aspect because I generally do not experience anxiety

thinking about switching from Ipamorelin and CJC to IGF-1. Has anyone had experience with IGF-1-LR3 or both and which do they prefer for aiding in gaining muscle. Also considering switching my tirzepatide to retatrutide and possibly adding either 5-amino or Carglenitide. Which is better for “food noise” 5-amino or Carglenitide
