I have a few compression wraps that have soft pliable ice packs built in. After class and my shower I wear those compression ice wraps on my knees and I think it really helps. I also of course take the popular vitamins that most players take, zinc, magnesium, D3, multivitamin, creatine. I am not sure if any of it actually helps, but in my mind it does so there is that. I also have a ton of KT laying around, LOL.
