David has talked about how one of their first KFT bits was a love story spoof and this Milwaukee sentinel article says they had a 20 minute spoof of mission impossible. It would be cool to see ZAZ’s first film spoofs back in 1971

We had a lot of fun with @Joel Trudgeon's Production Challenge meeting last Friday. It was so cool that David passed by and broke down the bribing scene from The Naked Gun (one of my favorites!). We talk about jokes passing the 24 hour test - the ones that do will probably still make you laugh 37 years later. After watching the scene I dug through David's original script pages from when they shot The Naked Gun and we wanted to share that particular scene with you. Read them and watch the scene again, it may give you new insights to how jokes translate from script to screen. And don't forget the silent re-write: the edit.
