One of our goals for 2025 was to start to use YouTube not just for our podcast but also for tips on teaching businesses. The goal was to release starting in Q2 and we're a little ahead of schedule. Here's the first video we've released. It's not perfect - I'm not sure if it's even good. But it's done. And done is better than perfect. YouTube definitely requires more effort in terms of content but the gains are also there to be had. Time will tell. Let us know what you think.

That's it. The third one again felt different to produce, but I might work on that on Friday's Power Hour. This one was about speaking and being aware of your body in the way that non-human mammals are. Not the most obvious thing to say from a language teacher, but it's what I believe and have learned from teaching human animals.

Hi Everyone, I hope you had a great weekend. I just wanted to wish you a positive and productive final full week of March. Looking forward to seeing you in the Q&A and Power Hour this week. As you can tell by the title of this thread, I'll be moving on from TAP and my formal role with Learn YOUR English at the end of March. I have accepted a tenure-track position at a university in Japan and have decided to make this transition and opportunity my personal and professional focus. Leo and Andrew will continue to play an important role in my life as cherished friends and professional muses. I am sure that they will take LYE and TAP to the next level. It has been a pleasure to work with all of you and to see you grow in various ways. All of you have shaped who I am, and I am grateful for all I have learned from you. This is not a final farewell.
