ok so I was getting super frustrated with words that sound similar (or identical) and have different translations. The secret is in the Kanji (always different from my experience). This would be easy to figure out if you could just sort the cards alphabetically in Anki, but apparently this is a known limitation of their database engine. bizarre. I did it myself and put it in excel. Here you go!

A YT Comment asked for my deck. Here it is in all its glory. remember - the mnemonics should be YOUR OWN. Feel free to use mine, but it will be easier to remember if you make the connection yourself. Just think of the first thing that comes to mind when hearing a word.
