1 contribution to AI Marketing
Ran into a huge issue..
I have been developing AI authority filters for my travel business ecosystem involving Meetup, Facebook, and Skool filters. I have had chat gpt remember everything and it has been working fine until now. Chat GPT all of a sudden after locking in these systems and using them for marketing, creating content copy and creating travel itineraries and checking profitability of said trips, all of a sudden, doesn't remember the details of these authorities(and I am paying for the enhanced version) Has anyone else run into this? And how have you adapted to ensure your frameworks are never compromised again? I have been developing these filters over the last month and feel I have lost a heck of a lot.

@Emmanuel Smith This is actually exactly what I realized I needed to do as well. I had started relying on AI memory to hold:• audience signals• trip demand patterns• partner notes• content positioning• funnel structure across Meetup, Facebook, and Skool It worked… until it didn’t. The shift for me has been treating AI as a processor, not the source of truth. Now: - Core signals live in a structured master document - AI helps analyze, summarize, and refine - Nothing critical depends on memory alone What I also noticed is this forces better thinking — because you’re intentionally organizing demand, not just reacting to conversations. In a weird way

So here's an update and I don't know if this is a permanent fix, but so far it seems to work. Rather than just using regular chat. GPT, I've actually started creating my own gpts at the very least, these gpts remember their basic programming and therefore the results can be predicted. This way I don't have to re-educate it every single time. I'll be honest with you. This was a major leveling up for me. Going from just using regular chat. Gpt to going to creating my own gpts. Occasionally someone will have a gpt that they publish and I've tweaked them and then use them to give me ideas. Poor new gbts now I have an entire operational flow using gpts that I've actually created myself. These are specifically trained to work within school and also using the platforms that I use for my other groups on Facebook and on meetups and then I found one that was built to monetize on skool that I was given because I leveled up within a group. I took it and reprogrammed it to be personalized for my particular business model. It's working really well. I went from stagnating at 100 members in my group to within one week growing to 111. So now I know it's working. Can't wait to have a couple of days off to really work on this group.
