Expanding the #1 Pinned post question...
I also am at a cross-road... I have 137 members in my group. I was thinking originally that at 100 I would get to paid. I chickened out and haven't done it in my travel community. My question is: I need those that have already switched their paid communities from free to paid entry. How did it go. how much dd it slow your growth? Did engagement go up or down? Are you glad you did it or regret it? Any other incites you can pass along for those of us contemplating doing this move!!
🍓 How to get ur FIRST win (without being an expert)
my goal: help 69 people go skool full time this year 🪿 Ive talked to THOUSANDS of skoolers around the world Hundreds of skool games winners And worked with sam and alex on all this. Most people think: “i need more skills before i can charge” Nope. u have no idea how wrong that is u don’t need to be the best u just need to be:👉 1–2 steps ahead no one started as “experts” plus while ur stuck someone less skilled is already making money so HERES the friggin breakdown: your first win is NOT: - a course - a funnel - a brand - its this: 👉 solving ONE problem for ONE person 👉 and getting a result even for free at first for example: you don’t say:“i’m a skool growth expert” you say: “i’ll help u get 5 new members this week” or “i’ll help u stop 2 people from churning” specific > impressive heres what you actually do: 1. find someone with a problem (you already did this) 2. offer to help them get a result 3. do the work WITH them not for them WITH them this is important because now: 👉 you learn 👉 they get a result 👉 you have proof and proof = money this is where it flips: after you get a result you don’t say: “i hope more people find me” you say: 👉 “i just did this for X, want the same?” that’s it no complicated sales no content machine yet just proof → repeat now heres the part people avoid: your first few wins will feel messy good that’s how you know it’s real clean systems come AFTER wins not before so if you’ve been stuck “preparing” this is your sign go get 1 win then another then we scale it comment the ONE result u think u could help someone get this week 🪿 Don’t know yet? Book a call HERE to solve it immediately👇 i might help a few of u get ur next win faster 👉 don’t believe me. test it 🪿

The 'with them not for them' line is the one. I run a group travel community for adults 50+ and the shift that changed everything was getting off the stage and into the conversation. One result I can help someone get this week: clarity on their first group trip ... what destination, what price, and how to know if there's real demand before you build anything. Lol I haven't seen you work with travel companies before.. most of these groups are builders groups mine is more of a trust building group. If you ever did help me I would be forever honered and do any ad spot for you for free!! Lol.
New Here but Already Overthinking My First Post 😅
Hey everyone, I’m Zizi 😊 I’ve been working in hospitality and retail management for a few years and started sharing some thoughts and tips for anyone new to management or thinking of stepping up. I’m still very new to this so would really appreciate the support 🙂

Welcome @Zoha Razmara Most people overthink their first post because they think it has to be “right.” It doesn’t. It just has to exist. Post something simple, then adjust based on what happens. That’s how you figure it out.
Question for creators who run mixed-audience communities:
Question for creators who run mixed-audience communities: If your community serves two very different groups (for example: end users + professionals in the same industry), how would you structure monetization without eroding trust? Specifically: - Would you separate tiers by role (user vs professional)? - Charge professionals more for visibility/access? - Keep the core community free and sell classrooms or add-ons instead? - Or something else entirely? I’m trying to balance: - protecting the user experience - avoiding “everyone feels like the product” energy - while still monetizing fairly from the people who gain business value Curious how others have handled this in practice, not theory.
