Youโ€™re not stuck!
. Youโ€™re just trying to build without clarity. I see it all the time, women with ideas, gifts, and purposeโ€ฆbut no structure to bring it to life. Thatโ€™s where everything feels overwhelming. When you get clear on: ๐Ÿ‘‰ who you help ๐Ÿ‘‰ what problem you solve ๐Ÿ‘‰ how to serve them Everything changes. Clarity creates momentum. And momentum builds community. โ€” Shondra CooperCommunity Builderโ€™s Lab

This is so true. Clarity removes a huge amount of mental friction. Iโ€™ve noticed a lot of people arenโ€™t actually stuckโ€ฆ theyโ€™re just trying to move forward while holding too many possible directions at once. That creates hesitation, second-guessing, and constant restarting. Once someone narrows it down to: - one person - one problem - one next step momentum usually shows up fast. Overthinking often looks like lack of actionโ€ฆ but itโ€™s really lack of clarity.
Question for creators who run mixed-audience communities:
Question for creators who run mixed-audience communities: If your community serves two very different groups (for example: end users + professionals in the same industry), how would you structure monetization without eroding trust? Specifically: - Would you separate tiers by role (user vs professional)? - Charge professionals more for visibility/access? - Keep the core community free and sell classrooms or add-ons instead? - Or something else entirely? Iโ€™m trying to balance: - protecting the user experience - avoiding โ€œeveryone feels like the productโ€ energy - while still monetizing fairly from the people who gain business value Curious how others have handled this in practice, not theory.
