Challenge: Secure Your First AI Workflow This Week 🔐🤖
AI can automate almost anything—but if we don’t secure it, we create more problems than we solve. So here’s a challenge: Pick one small AI process you’ve implemented (or plan to) and map out what could go wrong. ✅ Could someone spoof the inputs? ✅ Is data encrypted at rest and in transit? ✅ Does it log activity for review? I tried creating a workflow in Make. Then, I read an article which stated that it's possible for data to be exposed using Make, so I discontinued that workflow build. Recently, I created a test workflow in n8n which is linked to my ChatGPT API key. Is my API key safe? At the moment, I still haven't launched that workflow. Finally, I would like to create a workflow in n8n which automatically schedules follow up reminders 3-5 days after a sales call or an email gets sent. The output would be a notification to myself via SMS to remind me to follow up with a potential (or existing) client. Where would I check the security settings? Open AI? or n8n, or both?
