Free Groups vs Paid..
I'm learning a lot about Skool, and over the past two months since I joined, it seems free groups are great for lead generation, but not so great in achieving results due to lurkers and 'free group island hoppers'. Take this group, it started off on fire and I thought it was the best move i'd ever made in the first few weeks, but since then it's kinda died down, it seems that most people are coming in to lurk & many will leave in just a few days. Do people really not have anything better to do than hop around free Skool groups all day? 🤔 Apparently not it seems! 😩 On the other hand, my paid mastermind launched early September is on fire and has stayed that way & we are seeing only about 2% churn so far with members taking serious action to get results. I wonder if imposing a minor charge of around $9 per month for anyone who joins would push people to take action, as people who pay, tend to pay attention. Good idea or not? I tried gamifying it with prizes but this has not moved the needle like I hoped. I also thought about doing live calls a couple of time per month sharing my marketing strategies? What else do you think this group needs for you to want to stick around to achieve success in your marketing? Update: Due to some incredible feedback in here, I am no longer thinking of taking this group down and removed that from this post to avoid any confusion.

@Paul Murphy definitely didn’t mean to imply that wasn’t the case! Someone else made mention of delegation. Maybe you find someone you trust that knows the space to help moderate and put out content you want to see in the group and add their flare to it as well so you can still deliver high level here plus not lose focus elsewhere?
It's only been a month! 😂
Just over a month ago, I joined Skool, it's kinda hard to believe that's when I started this community during the Hormozi Tsunami, and three weeks later I opened up my Quantum mastermind on Skool to help everyone at an even deeper level. Right now, I am looking at creating some extra training to serve you at a higher level. A couple of quick questions? 1. Where do you need help in your marketing? 2. Who would like to see some live training calls in here sharing my strategies? And.. I've not forgotten the movement folks, thanks for everyone throwing some cool names in the ring, I will be looking at this next week. 🙏
It's only been a month! 😂

I could really use help understanding organic marketing a bit more. Timing of posts, proper tagging, CTR for traffic to my Skool community. Some things like that. Love seeing that growth after only a month @Paul Murphy !

SEO is something I'm actively trying to learn! I don't have a website for google ranking but we are on YouTube. Any tips from your experience @Francois Kok ?
The Question That Changed Everything For Me
For the longest time, I thought my biggest problem in business was “not working hard enough.” I kept tweaking campaigns, launching offers, and pushing late nights… but the results stayed the same. Then someone asked me a simple but powerful question: “Who’s guiding you through this?” That hit me. I realised I had been trying to figure out everything on my own, like wandering through a maze without a map. Once I got the right guidance, not only did my business start to grow, but my confidence and consistency skyrocketed, too. Here’s what I’ve learned: Guidance isn’t just about shortcuts, it’s about clarity. It turns confusion into confidence and wasted effort into real progress. Now I’m curious about you all in this community (which is full of people chasing results and growth just like I was): If you could get clear guidance in ONE area of your business or daily routine right now, what would make the biggest difference for you? Drop it below, because chances are, someone here has the exact insight you’ve been searching for

I would want to get guidance in the systems area of my business. I think that's the biggest area for improvement.
Health or Business?? Which come first?
I’ll be honest… I’ve been struggling with this lately. Part of me wants to give everything I have to building my business, because the goals matter so much. But at the same time, I keep reminding myself: without health, there will be no wealth. It’s hard to slow down when you feel like you’re already behind especially with the tight schedule. But I’m realizing that every time I take care of my health — resting, moving my body, eating well — I show up with more clarity, energy, and focus for my business. I’m still figuring it out. Some days I get it right, other days I don’t. But I know this: choosing health isn’t taking me further from my goals… it’s actually what makes reaching them possible. 👉 How do you balance your health while chasing your dreams?

I operate in the fitness space. I can tell you firsthand, I've gone through the same thing. I've run brick and mortar gyms where I can stare at equipment all day but find reasons to not use it because I'm working on my business. What I've grown to do over time though, is build my life around my health and fitness. When I workout; I'm more mentally sharp, I have better ideas, I see problems more clearly. When I eat right and sleep well, it only amplifies those qualities as well. So what I say - your health has to come first. You'll feel better but your business will also do better as a benefit of that focus. Start with YOU and watch how everything shifts. Hope this helps!
