A dependable road is BECOMING VALUABLE… Do ya know what is just as dependable, but way faster? Especially in times of inflation… Knowing how to get CONTROL or Ownership of SOMETHING valuable for far, far less than it’s worth or on outstanding terms. Example: I got control of land…for $15k,1/4 the market value (I didn’t even need my own capital)… I sold it 2 days later for $45,000. I had about $5k in expenses that came out AFTER the sale. (I made in 2 days what took me 2 years to make in the U.S. Navy.) Same thing I’m doing with Intellectual Property, newsletters, communities and other digital properties... ...I flip or cashflow. This is the stuff they don’t dare teach in public schools. We need lawyers and doctors and stuff… But the lawyer at my title office went to college for 8 years ish… He made $1200 on a transaction and I a HS grad made THIRTY THREE TIMES that. I always have more deals than I can handle. I'm not that smart though. I just test stuff. Like a crazy man. I've gotta deal getter email I use for acquisitions. It's taken me YEARS to get an outreach email that works on STRANGERS... so consistently. (Check out the pic inside.) I don't wanna just "give it away" for free, because then nobody would use it. This email gets more deals than I can shake a stick at. Recently... I gave it to someone. What happened? They acquired a Skool community with 1800 members. They didn't even send much more than 100 emails. Now... Even though I don't want to "give it away"... I don't want it to be crazy expensive. So, I had an idea 💡 in the shower🚿. (Why do I get all my great ideas in the bathroom? 🚽 ) Why don't I have an auction? Bids will start at a penny. AND... Bids can only go UP by a penny. This way... We can ALL have fun...
