Does everyone have customers sign a contract to clean the panels - release of liability, etc.?

Hey Everyone. Glad I found this Platform/Network. I am completely new to Solar Cleaning(beside the research done already) and starting up a new business offering solar panel cleaning and other add on services such as bird proofing, gutter cleaning and window/sky light cleaning. I look forward to interacting with everyone and of course learning more about this fun and interesting industry. Why are some cleaners under the impression that you need a "contractors license" for solar cleaning? Ive never had one and have had zero issues.
