How can you tell what body fat % you are (male) as general guide/ just by looking at yourself. Obviously it won’t be 100% accurate but a general guide would be helpful.

@Lachy Sawtell may sound obvious as “just walk more” but I work an office job, currently my program is 14k steps a day. How do I achieve this? I walk for about 30 mins after a work out in the morning plus will do another 30mins after work but still not hitting 14k. What are simple tips and tricks/ hacks to boost this number?
Stretching.
Stretching improves flexibility, reduces injury risk, and helps with muscle recovery. Dynamic stretching: Best before workouts to warm up muscles. Static stretching: best post workout as it helps relax and lengthen muscles. Stretching is crucial for longevity and maintaining mobility as you age 😃 10 minutes daily, minimum!

What is a good daily stretching routine we can do to target the whole body? Trying to build that consistency. Typically I try to hold each stretch for about 2 mins
