If you're struggling to scale your AI Agency or you're a beginner and you're stuck You can literally 3x, 4x and even 10x your AI agency without spending any money by pulling these 10 levers. - Inflow of Traffic: the amount of attention you're getting per day will determine how fast you scale...if you're getting just 200 people per day and someone is getting 2000, that person will win you - Input: this is the amount of people you're having conversations with and qualifying. Out of 200 people, how fast are you reaching out to those leads ? - Booking rate: these are the amount of leads who are booking calls out of those inflow that came. If you get 200 leads and your booking rate is 25%, you can double your calls and potentially your revenue by taking it to 50% - Lead Qualified rate: out of all the leads youre getting, are you speaking to people who have the money to afford your AI system. If you're getting 200 and only 115% are qualified, that's 30 people only.
