The biggest takeaway for me: progress doesn’t always come from making huge changes. Sometimes it’s just about finding what works and doing more of it. You can build and ship an app with AI faster than ever before. This is fantastic.. If you've got an idea, no customers yet, and you need to find out whether anyone even wants it.. move fast. Build it, put it in front of people and learn. But there's a line most non-developers don't see until they're already past it. When customers are re logging in, paying, trusting you with their information, or depending on the app to get a result.. "it worked yesterday" stops being good enough. Here's how it usually goes. You make one small change to improve the checkout.. let's say you add an order bump. Looks great. You ship it. That change quietly breaks the button that gives a new customer access to what they just bought. And you have no clue because there is no error or warning.. From where you're sitting, the app looks fine. Meanwhile your customer thinks you took their money and disappeared. They email support. Maybe they ask for a refund. Maybe they mention it to someone. Maybe they talk crap about you in the comments of your ad. Maybe they just never come back. You find out days later, if you find out at all. This is what automated tests are actually for.
