75 Hard Workout of the Day: DAY 3
Zercher Squat 8-8-8-8-8 Tempo = 60x1 (6 seconds down, 0 second hold, x = FAST UP, 1 Second Hold at the top) Increase weight as able. Post video of best (not heaviest) lift!

75 workout day 2
Knocked it out at 1am on duty. Completed 9 full rounds and got into the 10th round. Rest of the time did a leg workout.(lunges, hamstring curl, leg extension, Bulgarian split squat.)
