Hello everyone. I'm looking to improve my life and get closer to spirituality. There is lots of things that I am uncertain about and I think I might just be in a very particular part in my life. One coupel thoughts or rather questions that I cant really wrap my head around are as follows. If I try to do things in my life, be it improvements or just living life, is it just my ego thats doing things while the observer just watches or can the observer take a more active part in life? When Rey says, dont believe any of your negative thoughts, does that message go to my ego? When I'm looking to change my ego, does that desire inherently come from my ego itself? When I have a bad thought loop and I catch myself, is that too from ego perspective? I'm starting to feel like I don't have as much control over life as I thought I would have and I hope to maybe get a bit more insight from everyone in this community.
