I only need three things in live. 1. Something to look up to 2. Something to look forward to 3. Something to chase I look up to God. God has given me all the skills and talents I need to live best live I am will to create. I look forward to time with my family. It is them I work hard for, because I want them to be proud of me. I am chasing my hero. Me in ten years from now. I know I will never catch my hero, but as long as I wake up everyday and work hard at being better than I was the day before, I'm okay with that. When I'm on my death bed looking back on my life, I want to be able to say, I'm glad I tried that, instead of, I wish I would have. What do you live for?

This is probable more for you Canadians in this group, because I know the laws in the US are different than in Canada. However, I would also like to hear thoughts and ideas form everyone. You never know what piece of information you hear that might spark another thought/idea and so on. There is a property that is boarded up and I went to the city office to find out who the owner of the property is, but they didn't have the owners phone number. I called land titles and they said they could do a title search, but the only information they would give me was the name of the registered owner and no phone number. Since I already had that information, I didn't bother with the title search. I tried a google search on the owner and the city they live in, but nothing came up. What would my next step be to find the phone number for this owner?

If you have lead on a property and you made the initial first call and got a better idea of the situation. Between the first call and second call you do your research to find out if the property might be worth making an offer on and getting under contract. You decide that there wouldn't be enough of margin to make an offer. How do you break that news to the seller?
