I love ❤️ ALL my peptides but I wouldn’t go without these ones…
As you know, both @Coach B. and I are on a LOT of (prescription grade not “research”) peptides but if I was only allowed a couple these would be the ones I will not go without... NAD+ Motsc Glutathione (Glp) (& BHRT) My mom asked me if I planned on taking peptides for the next 80 years ? Me: “Yes!” “1000% yess” Both your hormones & your peptides naturally drop by 50%, 60%, & even 100% so unless you replace them your energy, metabolism, strength, mental clarity, & longevity crashes too. 🫠 🧬These are not drugs… your body already makes NAD, glutathione, mots-c, GLPs, GHK-cu, etc. So between my HRT (testosterone, estradiol, progesterone) & these peptides… yes I will take them forever. 🧬Who doesn’t want to FEEL good forever & stay hot after 40? 😍 ***The only exception … I probably won’t take a glp forever … I’ll take breaks but if I feel like I want it I’ll go back on tiny microdoses only. ***My others peptides I’ll also take cycle breaks but will continue them long term. 🩸 It is also important you’re getting bloodwork done every 3-6 months too to make adjustments as needed. ————————————————————————————— My Top peptides I wouldn’t go without : NAD+ (Energy, mental clarity, cellular & mitochondrial health, neutralizes free radicals , hormone support, preserves collagen) MOTS-C (Energy!!! I’m so glad you specifically said that GLPs and peptides are 🚫not drugs, because that distinction really matters. Had I understood that back then, and been properly educated that these are naturally occurring in the body🧬 … when my doctor first brought it up years ago, I probably would’ve been open to it. But because I viewed it as some foreign substance or “drug” being introduced into my body, I declined. Looking back now, I realize how much my perspective was shaped by not fully understanding what they actually are and how naturally connected they are to the body.

Crushed my workout today… no more afternoon crashes!
It just feels so good not having the afternoon crashes anymore. 🥹 🙌🏽 🔥 The BHRT & the MOTS-C have been everything for me! ⬇️WEANING OFF GLP: I’m also starting to wean down my glp (cause my body is on point now! 🙌🏽) My plan is to wean completely off glp and just stay on the MOTS-c and all my other peptides. 💉 I still really believe Microdosing GLPs is the best tool currently available to help with fat loss & lowering inflammation in the body. Once you hit your goal you can wean off and maintain with other peptides & tools. ___________________________________________________ The journey is different for everyone but it’s really easier than I’ve ever seen it in the last 5 years coaching women with hormones & weight loss! Ok this is good to know! Aside from the MOTS-C, which other peptides and tools do you recommend for maintaining? I have my eyes on Tesamorelin. Is there something else you recommend?
This Was My BEST Luteal Phase Everrrr…. (After 1.5 years of low energy🫠)
I could scream I’m so happy and excited how my energy levels, mood, & body is feeling/looking this past month (after feeling like a zombie 🧟‍♀️ in my luteal phase the last 1.5 years) We ladies do NOT need to suffer through perimenopause, pms, or luteal crashes anymore! 🌟 I have the energy of a teenager again! 👙 My body is bodying…even after 40!! 😉 👨🏽 My hubby is on fire too… @Coach B. Has more energy than he had as a collage football 🏈 player! *It’s NOT just peptide replacement and it’s NOT just Hormone replacement . The real key I’m seeing in myself and some of the other ladies is the combo of both that have a very powerful synergistic effect. For me it’s the BHRT + MOTs-C combo for energy (add the glp if you want to lose the hormone weight too 🔥) Key takeaways… 1.
