I just wanted to pop in and let you all know why I've been a little quiet over the past few days. I've been fighting off a physical infection, and it's really knocked my energy around. When my body is working so hard to heal, I find my spiritual energy also takes a back seat. I simply haven't been firing on all cylinders, and I knew the kindest thing I could do was give myself permission to rest and recover. I'm happy to say I'm starting to feel much more like myself again and am looking forward to reconnecting with you all. Thank you for your patience while I took the time I needed to heal.
