🌱 Daily Giveback 0029 – Grow You, Grow Everything
It doesn’t take forever to build a business… 🔑 It does take time to become the person who’s capable of building one. The more you grow yourself, the faster everything starts falling into place. If you're waiting on your business to take off, maybe it's waiting on you to level up. Here's how you accelerate that growth today — by applying these 15 powerful truths: The 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth (John Maxwell) 1️⃣ Intentionality – Growth doesn’t just happen. Be deliberate. 2️⃣ Awareness – Know yourself to grow yourself. 3️⃣ The Mirror – See value in YOU before you add value to others. 4️⃣ Reflection – Pause and let wisdom catch up. 5️⃣ Consistency – Motivation starts you, discipline keeps you. 6️⃣ Environment – Get around people who challenge and inspire you. 7️⃣ Design – Growth needs a plan, not just a wish. 8️⃣ Pain – Let it teach you, not stop you. 9️⃣ Character – Who you are determines how high you rise. 🔟 Rubber Band – Stay stretched. Comfort kills progress. 1️⃣1️⃣ Trade-Offs – Growth requires sacrifice. 1️⃣2️⃣ Curiosity – Stay hungry. Ask why, ask how. 1️⃣3️⃣ Modeling – Follow people who’ve been where you want to go. 1️⃣4️⃣ Expansion – You’re capable of more than you think. 1️⃣5️⃣ Contribution – Grow yourself to grow others. 💡 Growth isn’t just about success — it’s about significance.

Daily Giveback 0005 - Truly Care & Strategize to Serve
You can’t fake care. You can’t say you care, pretend to care, or even try to care. You either care, or you don’t. And if you don’t, people can feel it—instantly. Because in sales, just like in life, people don’t follow information. They follow intention. When you care, you seek to serve. You start to perceive the pain of the people. Here is the secret: Their pain points are where your business finds its profit points. Think about it… What are you more likely to spend money on? Some teeth-whitening gel...Or a dentist appointment when you’ve got a toothache? Pain moves people... But if you see their pain as a solution to your pain (your quota, your bills, your goals), You’ve missed the point entirely. It is a solution, yes—But you must never treat it that way. You want fulfillment in business? Then you need three things: Creativity. Connection. Contribution. If any of those are missing, fulfillment leaks out of your life like water from a cracked jar. Why? Because you were created in God’s image. God is a Creator. So creation is wired into your very soul. God said it’s not good for man to be alone. How did He know? Because even He didn’t want to be alone. That's why He made you. You were made for creation and for connection. And when those two come together… you’re ready to contribute. A man and woman connect—and they contribute to the creation of a new being. The process of building a business that changes lives is no different. Creative force. Deep connection. Selfless contribution. So what do you do to start? You ask. But not like this: “What’s your problem?” You ask: “What’s the single biggest challenge you’re having with [X]?” Then you WFA: Wait For the Answer. Then… do something about it. Most people don’t ask because they’re afraid of the truth. But the truth is where transformation begins. And once you create a solution, know this: Every solution creates its own next problem. The engine doesn’t last forever. The warranty runs out.

Daily Giveback 0007 - How Jujutsu Teaches You to Overcome Life’s Toughest Obstacles
Jujutsu isn’t just a martial art—it’s a mindset. A strategy for facing resistance, adversity, and pressure with calm, skill, and precision. Here’s how the four foundational principles of jujutsu apply to real life: 1. Survive The first rule in any fight: Don’t panic. Don’t quit. Don’t get choked out. When life hits hard—financial setbacks, emotional pain, rejection, loss—the first goal isn’t to win. It’s to survive. Breathe. Protect your peace. Keep your heart beating and your mind working. As long as you're still in the fight, you still have a chance. 🧠 Mental resilience is step one. 2. Control Once you've stabilized, now it’s about controlling the chaos. Control your emotions. Control your environment. Control your perspective. Just like on the mat, you can’t force anything if you’re out of position. Start by gaining leverage—on your schedule, your habits, your thoughts. 🛠 The one who stays composed, controls the direction of the battle. 3. Advance With control comes opportunity. Now you move. You take ground. Not recklessly—but with purpose. In jujutsu, small shifts in position create massive advantages. In life, that looks like taking one courageous step, one tough conversation, one consistent habit at a time. 🚀 Forward progress—even if slow—is still domination. 4. Submit This isn’t about tapping out. It's about finishing the fight. Submit the problem. Close the deal. Lock in the win. You’ve endured. You’ve stayed in control. You’ve advanced strategically. Now you apply pressure and finish what you started. 🔥 Obstacles don’t break you—they build you. Unless you give up too soon. 💥 Life isn’t about avoiding pressure—it’s about learning to leverage it. Jujutsu teaches that every challenge is just an opportunity in disguise. So today, whatever you're facing—Survive. Control. Advance. Submit. You’ve got this.

Secrets DO/NT Make Friends…
The journey of seeking and understanding secrets began with a simple yet profound instruction from one of my favorite mentors, Major English: “Ask for a secret.” This seemingly straightforward directive became a catalyst for a deeper exploration into what secrets truly are and how they can impact our lives. Interestingly, the concept of a secret is perceived differently by various people. For example, my wife defines a secret as “being told something by someone and not telling someone else.” In contrast, my own definition is more expansive: “Something that is unknown by most people but, if known, could help them to be better.” Google’s definition adds another layer: “Not known or seen or not meant to be known or seen by others.” Each of these definitions captures a unique aspect of what a secret represents. Each perspective on what constitutes a secret holds validity, reflecting the diverse ways in which people understand and interact with hidden knowledge. My wife’s definition emphasizes the act of confidentiality and discretion. My own definition highlights the potential for secrets to provide valuable insights that can lead to personal improvement. Google’s definition encompasses the essence of secrecy itself, focusing on the element of being concealed. These varying definitions underscore a central truth: secrets are not one-dimensional. They are complex and multifaceted, shaped by personal experiences, cultural contexts, and individual purposes. The common thread among these perspectives is that secrets involve information that is not readily accessible to everyone, but the implications of that information can vary widely. Inspired by these different interpretations, I decided to document the daily secrets that reveal themselves to me. My goal is to share these insights with others, providing a source of guidance and inspiration for personal growth. By capturing and reflecting on these revelations, I hope to offer valuable knowledge that can help others navigate their own journeys.

A secret is something no one else knows. It can be an understanding of someone’s feelings or thoughts or much like the government hiding shit that ppl should know is a secret or like we learn in our business is the bankers secret OR my favorite of all is my salsa recipe is a secret. Know one knows it but me. ❤️😘
01 – My first Secret…
You must actually care about people. In order to care, you need to know what they care about. What is their vision? If they don’t have one, see how they feel about helping you achieve yours. How can they fit in? Can they fit in? Ask and you shall receive. – Matthew 7:7 Every day is filled with mysteries, both small and large, waiting to be unraveled by the curious and the faithful. But the deepest secrets of life—the ones that guide us toward true fulfillment—often require divine revelation. They are not hidden from us because God wants to keep them from us, but because He desires us to seek Him. In that pursuit, we learn not just what to ask for, but how to ask, and more importantly, why we ask. The Power of Asking Jesus’ words resonate as a foundational truth: “Ask and you shall receive; seek and you shall find; knock and the door shall be opened to you” (Matthew 7:7). This promise is both simple and profound, calling us to a deeper engagement with God. It reminds us that God is not distant or unapproachable; He is ready to reveal His wisdom and guidance to those who earnestly seek it. Similarly, Jeremiah 33:3 says, "Call to me and I will answer you, and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know." But how often do we go through life without asking, without seeking, without knocking? How often do we assume we know the answers, or worse, believe the answers don’t exist at all? God’s Secrets Are for Us The truth is, God has secrets—secrets meant for us, secrets that can unlock parts of ourselves and our lives that have yet to be discovered. But there’s a catch: we must be willing to ask for them. And not just ask in the fleeting moments when desperation strikes or when we face a fork in the road, but ask daily, with intention and humility. - James 1:5: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." - Psalm 25:4-5: "Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths. Guide me in your truth and teach me, for you are God my Savior, and my hope is in you all day long."
