SS and Disability info needed
Good day, I am 58 years old and have had Trigeminal Neuralgia for 27 years. Ive had it so long that I don’t even see a neurologist anymore as they all can’t believe I’m still alive. I manage, but it’s getting harder. I am currently a Community health program director, but it’s a struggle. I know disability won’t cover my bills, but is there any type of assistance for someone like me? Second thing: I married my first husband twice, 10+ years each time. I remarried for 15 months, but divorced him not long after I left him. My first husband passed away around 3 years ago and is currently in a beautiful green urn at my home. Am I entitled to his social security benefits when I become of age to receive them? Thanks for being here. I was unable to navigate disability with the Trigeminal Neuralgia. Hoping to learn what I need to know to stop struggling.
