Here is one of my many properties I get paid on every month. This example shows a repair that was done and the receipts that prove who it was done by. This is a good example of what a good property manager should send you monthly. At the end of the year they also send you a 12 month breakdown of each property as well. This one charges 9% a month of the collected rent.
