i'm thinking about taking my knowledge of a high end launch campaign into a step-by-step checklist. To be applied to a youtube video release. But the check list is more like a fun walk through survey! WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN THAT? IT'S BIG! don't under estimate what goes into a real launch campaign!

OKR stands for objectives and key results. Your Objective is the destination you want to reach by the end of the quarter. And your Key Results are outcomes (not tasks!) you need to achieve to reach your destination. Objective 1: - DRI: @user - Objective: What is the goal? - Key Results: List the metrics for success.
