Powerful start into the new year?
It's been 4 days already.. How did the beginning of the year go for you? Did you take your time to reflect and plan for 2026? If you want some insights on reflection and planning and how I do it, just let me know ;) I am also starting a new challenge while documenting my daily life. It begins tomorrow. Goals: (estimated time) - Planche 5-second hold (End of 2026) - One-arm handstand for 5 seconds (End of 2026) - Basic strength training with a barbell: reaching my body weight on all exercises (End of Q2) - 12k revenue with my local business (End of 2026) - Fluent in Portuguese (End of 2026) I document it here: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTGLLO0DENe

The year started on a great note, my goal this year is to stay consistent and show up everyday. I'm not going to over think the process by trying to plan out everything, I'm just going to act quickly on whatever my intuition says is the right next step to take even if it doesn't make sense to me logically.
