BIG WIN! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
After 6 weeks of not posting in my business and hiding away since my ADHD assessment, I finally posted about WHY I have been hiding away. The response has been brilliant. Along with that and this course I felt compelled to put out a 21 day program (from the messy middle of me coming out of hiding as ironically I help women come out of hiding in my biz! ahahah). I ended up posting about this new program at 11pm last night! No planning. No going around in circles. Just showing up and leading with the nudge and energy that this program has given me to get going and doing shit! feels amazing! i've worked backwards from school holidays and I now have 2 weeks (the remainder of this program!) to work out selling it and writing it and launching it and starting it! ahahahahah. If you don't try, nothing happens; and I have spent too long going around in circles waiting for the perfect moment. This will get me moving fowards at least and that's work its weight in gold right now!

Dare to Dream…
Technology allows us to elevate our thinking, our capacity, and what is possible. The goal, direction, potential has to come from us though. This weekend I really want you to connect to what it is you want. Because next week we move into creation mode…a shift from goal setting to goal getting. My happy place for dreaming? A hammock in my garden, affirmations via Spotify, and a good old fashioned journal. Happy Saturday

Oh love this! I had a hammock I got in India which I loved in my garden for years and I've been meaning to replace it! Nothing like being suspended in air to help get the ideas flowing! I am catchnig up toay and tomorrow. But I have been getting shit done in my biz which is brilliant as i was in hiding for 6 weeks and didn't post a thing until day before Yesterday (since my ADHD assessment). Feels so good to be moving again! Excited to catch up with the content here! x

I've been so inspired by this challenge and getting moving again the right way in all areas of my life that I got back to posting in my business; and then found myself launching my own 21 day program!!! I have been dancing around what i do in my business for so long and going down rabbit holes of ideas. I just decided NO MORE! This feels FAB! I will get back to catching up with this course stuff today and tomorrow!

For me it’s between 5-7am each morning. Its quiet. I have coffee. I am uninterrupted. There are other blocks during the week, but energetically this is where I am getting my greatest gains right now.

As a single mum (to a 7 year old) with an almost full time job, my time is before she wakes up and i have do to do my day job; so like Julie, 5-7 ish. The issue is my daughter often wakes up super early so the time I think I have my golden time often gets changed into kiddy care! This is why I have a tendency to then stay up late as all is quiet again and i can get focussed! But staying late doesn't serve me!
