The Confident Rider Action Figure!
You might’ve seen this trend around social media, but I couldn’t resist creating a confident rider action figure for the group. What do you think? Would you guys buy one? 😄🐴

This 30-Second Body Check Might Change Your Ride
Where are you holding tension when you ride? You might be holding tension without realizing it—your jaw, your shoulders, even your toes. This quick, head-to-toe body scan takes just seconds and is a simple way to release that tension and reset your ride. Check out the video for a quick demo, but small movements = big change in rider tension and relaxation! Where do you think you hold the most tension when you ride?

Often I am not aware of holding tension. The horse I ride always does! I look forward to trying the scan on my next ride.
How often do you ride?
Let’s kick off the week with a quick check-in: How often do you ride each week? Whether it’s once a week or five times a week, every ride counts—but if you’re looking to make steady progress in the saddle, riding at least once a week is ideal. That’s when your body starts remembering what you practiced last time, and your confidence has a chance to grow ride to ride. That said… you don’t have to be in the saddle to make progress. Mindset is something you can work on every day. Even five minutes of focused reflection or intention-setting can make a big difference the next time you ride. 👇 Drop a comment: - How often do you ride each week?
