Have been spending lots of time with her. Noticing: it's hard to see someone you love in so much pain and sadness. Hi everyone! I'm Teri. I'm the Family Resource Coordinator of an organization that provides free programs for families with children four years of age and under in our community. I'm also the mom to two amazing young men. From little ones discovering the world for the first time, to their parents and caregivers trying to navigate it with them, to figuring out how to parent two young men finding their place in the world, and what that means for my husband and I, life is filled with new, changing and complex emotions every day. I'm primarily here to see how I can learn from and share The Big Heart Journey with the families that I provide programming for but I know that there will be all sorts of things that will help me personally as well and I'm thankful to be a part of this journey with all of you.

Hi! I’m Veronique and I am a mom and a teacher! I found Big Heart Journey after loosing my sister and seeing my girls struggle with their big feelings at this time. I honestly think I learned more about myself and my own feelings, and it has made me a better mom and better teacher! I still have a long way to go, but I am noticing now more than ever kids need help understanding their feelings and how to experience/express those feelings around others. Can’t wait to keep learning!
