I am Melissa, my daughter Kiersten is the swimmer she is 12. She is usually ok but lately the goals have increased hugely to make SANJ South African national junior times and we close but not quite! The anxiety to make it is huge and lets other people get into her headโ€ฆ so when she is in front of the blocks dancing and singing she will have a good race but when tense we already know itโ€™s going one way.
