Is it working??? How do you know your protocol is working...
❇️ Seems like there's a lot of things that you just can't tell if it's working or not. I'm ranking some things we have researched and witnessed their effectiveness on the test subject. Obviously, these are our results and everyone will have different ones (and opinions) and this is perfectly ok and NORMAL. ❇️ NOTE: These are results span 6 months to over more than a year of research. To get clear research data it is important to give each protocol time to work, sometimes you might have to start over and give it a second try to make sure (if you're committed to a particular research item.) 1️⃣ Tirz 10/10 This was fast acting from the get go. It has an anti-inflammatory effect that kicks in right away. Test subject saw significant weight loss in a short amount of time (3 months). Less side effects were observed with this pep, at first there was slight nausea but resumed within a couple of weeks of use with a dose adjustment. 2️⃣ Reta 6/10 It took about a month before I could say it was working on the test subject. There is no mistaking it, the changes were visible on test subject, it works. The issues reported were the raise in Resting Heart Rate and lowering of Heart Rate Variation, increased insomnia, GI upset (cramping, bloating, gassiness and constipation) while on it. Weight loss was not substantive due to not being able to reach a performing dose due to the side effects. 3️⃣ KLOW 9/10 This blend was researched due to it being more practical as it includes key studied items. It covers all the areas that each individual peptide would (KPV, GHK-Cu, BPC157/TB500), targeting overall physical impact. As an added benefit the KPV reduces the site reaction that the GHK-cu may cause, at least for our test subject. 4️⃣ GHK-Cu 8/10 This is the one we've studied without fail, with standard-dosages (SQ and a 10% serum.) It has definitely improved skin texture, clarity and skin overall health on test subject. It has a lower rating due to the side effects that were very bothersome such as: site reactions, lumps, and welts despite dilution of substance, dosing glute area or longer pin.

These are great reports and it’s always interesting to see others experiences! I’m still only at the 6-7 week mark in a lot of my research so I won’t really share my experiences as tried and true yet - but I can say I had a very different experience with Reta so far and NAD is noticeable for me on the days I take it (all day level energy - not extra but even) and mental clarity feels cleaner somehow. Nothing skin effects of ghk / klow (started ghk only and went to klow two weeks ago so almost 7 weeks in) and I’m just starting to really notice positive changes to my skin - inflammation way down. I love this stuff. Keep the info coming you’re awesome!

Oh man it’s a tie between Reta and Klow! Klow is quickly becoming such a love haha
Peptides and air travel
I'm about to travel with my new peptides and thought maybe some others here are curious about the process, like I am, or may have some experience to share with us newer folks. I have a TSA approved medicooler, but I'm curious how to typically pack as you go through TSA with these - domestically and internationally. It'd be rough not to take a few of these with me on a longer 2 week international trip later this year! Our daughter has type 1 diabetes so we've travelled with med supplies and insulin for ages, we have something called a FRIO pack to keep it stable during long travel days (driving or air) - but it keeps it closer to room temp vs refrigerated. I don't know if insulin is just a more stable peptide, or if others would be ok in this scenario. Just looking for some tips or advice!

Pretty happy with most of my research but I’m still a newbie :) Reta / NAD / Ghk-cu were my gateways, I’ve added a round of ss31 and cjc/ipa - as of this week. I am on the fence but trying to get through the initial water retention of cjc - i got used to finally seeing the scale actually go down after years of macros and weights and tons of activity to see very little movement. After two weeks of loss with Reta it’s going back up slightly now that I’ve started cjc/IPA which is a weird mental switch. But the sleep has been nice, minor but noticeable change. I want the lean muscle retention and stomach fat loss specifically. Guess I just need to ride it out for a while! There are definitely others I want to try but I don’t want to do tooo many at once or I’m worried I won’t know what’s doing what anymore. Like a kid in a candy store over here!
