Good Morning Guys! I’ve got to say I am loving the engagement and contributions I have read. Launching this was the right thing, connecting everyone like this. 👊❤️💫 During my day I look forward to getting time and jumping on here to have a look at what you guys are saying, doing, achieving. I see all your messages and comments and love the energy, vulnerability and strength. Just a heads up as much as I want to, I may not get a chance to reply to them all.🚀📈🚀❤️ It’s the first Friday of the year, this is the time where I would be getting ready to go mad and probably end up at a kitchen party! Now I have learned to embrace life in the middle lane. I didn’t get here overnight as I was chasing extreme highs and doing what I could to escape. After putting some work in I find myself, enjoying a coffee, a dog walk, a steam and sauna, playing paddle and enjoying life without the chaos or needing the extreme highs. I am always looking for new things to try, what new things are you going to try this weekend? One thing that has been a game changer for me is reading, right now I am reading Atomic Habits & Untethered Soul.
