My first reel created with Content OS!
So I used the content os to write my script... I recorded it in capcut... but I would say its a win! My phone seems to be better for recording and editing but I haven't figured out how to do the cool stuff yet...I am loving the notion ai and the Content OS!

Sarraaaahhhhhh!!!! 🚀 Faq yesss!! 🤓 This is hella awesome to see your first post with the OS. I have chills! Def a win! Most people don't start because of "fill in the blank". Starting is the hardest part. Then the positive obsession comes of "let me try something else" or "Oh, this gives me another idea." I was getting ready to head to bed, but got so pumped seeing your post. Thank you for sharing that with us! If any feedback is what you were hoping for, I would say now take that script and drop this prompt into the OS on the page you have for this reel: I would like to turn this into three TOF 20-second reels. I want to test organic messaging so that I build rapport and trust with my audience first (ICP).

@Sarah Hall Oh sick! That's awesome. So glad you're loving the OS. Notion itself can be a doozy to get comfortable with. It took me a few days to even really understand how to navigate it when we first started using it. And same on the OS. And now can't imagine not having it.
👋 INTRODUCE YOURSELF
Comment below: 1. Name + city 2. What your business does (or what you're building) 3. Your #1 content bottleneck right now (ideas, scripts, filming, posting, or ads?) Esai, Melissa, or one of our team members will reply to you personally. This isn't a vanity post. Your answers here shape what we build next inside the community. We read every single one. Welcome in. 🙌

Hi, Victor! Great to see you here in the community, and great intro! 🙌 So I checked out your Skool community and did a little bit of low key observations on your IG. If I may say, I feel you are HIGHLY underestimating yourself on the content front, but I think we all tend to do that so it's completely relatable. You have direct to camera content, you showcase the home spaces, and even some BTS. The biggest piece that really stands out above everything is your proof. Wow! You can't buy those types of Google reviews, and it says a lot about the kind of person you are with your clients and colleagues. You definitely have a lot of content potential in how comfortable you look and feel on camera—that is SUPER hard to do for a lot of people. Really looking forward to hearing more about you and your business here in the community. Welcome back! 🔥🚀🙌

@Victor Santos Absolutely! And heck yeah! I'd love that. That's what we're here for. When you win, we win. That's how this works. 🤌🚀🙌 I'll keep an eye out for your first video. Let's goo!
🏆 Week 7 Recap: We Broke Into the Top 10,000 Skool Communities Live On The Call
What a week, fam. Here is everything we covered on Episode 7 of the Monthly Creative Academy show. 🚀 We hit a big milestone live on the call - We jumped into the top 10,000 Skool communities during the show, moving from around 13,800 to rank 9,740 by the end of the call. - All organic. All with just 29 members. We are one member away from 30. - Shoutout to Sarah, our top contributor on the all-time leaderboard. The leaderboard now has level names, and we are planning prizes (1-on-1 coaching, virtual producer sessions) once we hit 100 members. 🧠 Content OS recap - Our first live Content OS workshop happened the day before. The replay is pinned in the community. - You can duplicate the Content OS straight into your own Notion from the Classroom. - It is built for one thing: message clarity. Simple over fancy. - The video on our About page (script plus motion graphics) was made entirely with the Content OS. No keyframes. No manual editing. - Next step after setup is the 3-day content challenge. 📈 Organic example: "Juan Direction" (Tigran Landscaping) - A local landscaping team became social media stars with imperfect, relatable content. - The formula: POV-style on-screen text plus action happening. One shoot gives you 3 pieces (BTS, final result, and the BTS of the BTS). - They landed brand deals with Hyundai and trips to Disneyland and the World Cup, all from top-of-funnel content. - Their business page runs the hire-us content with high-quality results, proving they deliver. - Big takeaway: attention is just the start. You have to deliver on it. Shot on a phone in natural light. Story and on-screen text matter more than gear. Keep it genuine to you. 💰 Ads talk - Best move: turn your organic winners into ads. Do not treat organic and paid as two separate worlds. - Paid ads are not linear. Leads cluster in ways you cannot predict day to day. - "Judging an ad after one day is like judging a workout plan after one gym session." - A full campaign layers content across the funnel: entertainment, then category education, then before-and-after, then a direct call to action. - High cost per customer? Find the bottleneck: ad copy, landing page, checkout, or lead capture. - Hooks 101 (50 hook formulas) is in the Classroom. It works for organic, ads, emails, and blogs. Duplicate it and let Notion AI rewrite the examples in your brand voice.

500K+ Meta Views in 12 weeks + 998 Soft Opening tickets sold. 🙌
Super pumped about the wins for one of our Texas restaurant clients. 📣 500K+ views across Meta on their first 12 weeks online - with ONLY organic content. No paid ads 📣 998 people signed up for the restaurant's Soft Opening nights BEFORE they ever opened their doors. 📣 They received their first Google Review ever and it was a 5-star review 📣 2.5K followers on Facebook alone BEFORE their first soft opening night This was not by accident and required a lot of intentional pre launch work, and it is paying off. Just like a rocket launch, all of the work is in getting the rocket off the ground and moving away from the strong gravitational pull of the Earth's gravity. Once in orbit, rockets don't even use a fraction of the energy it took to get off the ground. It's the same for launching or starting something. Doesn't matter if it's getting up out of bed, making the first move to connect with someone you like, or getting your business off the ground. It's. The. Exact. Same. Thing. 🤌 Our Texas restaurant client was also highly supported by their local chamber of commerce, which helped push the first organic post we made for this client to 80K+ views. No, we did not even "boost" the post. It was all organic momentum. One more thing to mention is that this client now has nearly 1,000 email signups that opted into receiving email marketing, and they just had their first soft opening night last night. These same people are engaging on the posts, asking questions, engaging with each other. Now that they are having their kitchen and serving staff get some reps under their belts, this is where the true work begins. We do our part to get them eyeballs, but delivery is where the value comes in. You can claim XYZ about your business or what you offer, but if you can't deliver, all the marketing in the world can't save you and your business, but it can definitely get you the launch you need, when you know exactly the direction you want to go in. No matter where you are in your business journey, I hope this inspires you to:

🎉 That's a wrap on our first LIVE Content OS Workshop!
So pumped that we just finished our first live workshop! We walked through the entire Content OS dashboard and how to make it your own. No building from scratch. You duplicate it, fill in the blanks, and start shipping. Quick recap of what we covered: - What the Content OS really is: a full system for planning, scripting, and shipping content. One media session turns into 30 days of content. - Set Up Your Brand: Brand Discovery first, then your Brand Voice Guide, Brand Assets, and the Database of Truth (the brain your AI reads from). - Create: the Self-Shoot Session Planner and Guided Interview, built for solo filming with just your phone. - Content Calendar: every post moves Idea to Script to Film to Edit to Publish. Scripts always live in the page body. - Notion AI best practices: point it at your Database of Truth, give it a role, one job per prompt, and always review before you ship. 👉 Your action steps this week: 1. Duplicate the Content OS into your own Notion 2. Do the Brand Discovery exercise first 3. Fill out your Database of Truth 4. Run one script prompt with the Notion AI Assistant 5. Post your first piece and drop it in the Wins category Missed it live or want to rewatch? The full workshop is in the classroom. 🎥 Drop a 🔥 below once you've duplicated your dashboard.
