IDENTITY ALCHEMY P.R.E.P. WEEK: The PAUSE
Before we go into Identity Alchemy, we stop to pause. The first part of P.R.E.P. We have JUST finished five weeks of work. Five weeks of noticing, clearing, feeling, mapping, reading. That is a lot moving through your system. And if you walk straight from that into a four-week identity shift without pausing first, you bring all of it with you unprocessed. The residue sits on top of the signal you spent 5 weeks clearing and distorts it. Therefore, the Pause is not passive. It is THE MOST intentional thing you can do right now. THIS WEEK'S FIRST PRACTICE: 📝Name the one thing you are still carrying from the last five weeks. Not a problem to solve. Not something to analyse or fix before next week. Just something that is still sitting with you; a realisation that has not fully landed, a feeling that has not moved through, a question that is still open, a pattern you named but have not yet released. You do not have to know what to do with it. You just have to be honest that it is there. Drop it below. One sentence is enough. 👇 Naming it is the first act of the Pause.
