Oh this is so helpful Dylan. Thank you. I was so bummed, if you remember, I shared my husband had gotten hospitalized in October and is still on his healing journey. Him being in the military, they moved him into the Soldier Recovery Unit which is a amazing because this means his only job through this military for 2025 is to heal but this past week was his in processing and what I thought was a one day thing turned out to be a 6 day process with a lot more responsibility on me than I expected. Wednesday I was so depleted by the evening and I heard your voice say your a heart manifestor do what you want haha so I just laid on the couch and restored but I am planning to be there Wednesday and I am so grateful to catch up with the videos with you all and you responding to my comments so I still feel part of the group even though these past three weeks have been demanding. I have also been in an immense manifestor surge: I wrote a book in 5 days (not the book I am supposed to write with the contract hahaha) but it is for the military and law enforcement stuff. It is up on Amazon "The Mindful Tactical Notebook", created a clothing line ( https://mindfultactical.myshopify.com ) and will launch this corner of my work on Valentine's Day. And finishing my Embodied Rest Yoga Nidra Certification Program that launches at the end of the month so it's been big! I love this, that you. The DC is very interesting because that is very on brand with my company "Helping people create a life do they not need to escape from through mind body modalities and returning back to their own center."

@Dylan Hdm I am also to be honest kind of struggling writing my bio. I feel that I almost have too many different things to merge in one. And curating it in a way people will understand and relates to both civilian, self care, yoga therapy, astrology arenas and the tactical stuff. I am a step closer with embracing and not fragmenting but the bio had me hung up a little bit to be honest.
