Liam, it looks like I can convert my pub into 5, 2 bed and 1, 1 bed apartments. I was thinking of renting them out, approx 10K per month rental income. I can raise the purchase price and stamp duty, however, I still need to find the refurb funds. I am about 3/4 weeks away from detailed drawings and historical/planning consultation before I can apply for planning permission. Should I title split and then raise a mortgage on each individual apartment?
