Hi ladies. I'm 58 years young who suspected I was estrogen dominant for so long but didn't know what to do with that suspicion as mainstream medicine told me the labs they ran were normal. In addition, I was finally given a lipedema diagnosis l, which explained my thick legs, swelling and heaviness. I'm actively engaged in learning...I want to thrive, not just exist.
