Day 3

1. I want to stop feeling like I have to choose between the pill or extreme natural protocols—and finally understand all of my options. But instead, I bounce between trying “natural” solutions I find online and taking the pill out of desperation—without ever feeling like either approach really fits me.✅ What to do instead: Learn how to evaluate the full spectrum of options—from pharmaceuticals to lifestyle to supplements—with clarity and context, so I can build a treatment plan that feels right for me, not a label. 2. I want to have predictable, symptom-free cycles that don’t control my calendar or my mood. But instead, I rely on birth control to “regulate” my cycle—even though I know it’s not a real period—and feel lost when I stop taking it.✅ What to do instead: Support ovulation gently and consistently with nutrition, sleep, blood sugar balance, and stress management tools that actually influence my hormonal rhythm long-term. 3. I want to wake up with stable energy and a clear mind so I can show up fully for my work, relationships, and goals. But instead, I skip meals, over-caffeinate, try keto, or push myself through fatigue—thinking I just need more discipline.✅ What to do instead: Focus on blood sugar stabilization, structured meal timing, and realistic energy-supporting strategies that don’t rely on extremes or force. 4. I want to feel confident making decisions about my PCOS—without second-guessing every meal, supplement, or recommendation I read online. But instead, I scroll TikTok, save conflicting advice from influencers, and spend a fortune on supplements that I’m not even sure are working.✅ What to do instead: Follow a trusted, evidence-based framework that filters out the noise and teaches me how to assess what’s actually helpful for my symptoms and body. 5. I want to get off the emotional rollercoaster of trial-and-error strategies and follow a clear, science-backed path that actually fits my life. But instead, I jump from one program or protocol to the next—burning out before I see any real progress.✅ What to do instead: Learn how to identify what to focus on first, and build progress with small, sustainable pivots that compound over time—not a complete overhaul.
Day 2
Task: To each sentence from Day 1 add some information on what your clients do to get what they want (this is usually the wrong thing). The thing might be: - Wrong advice that everyone is spreading - Common knowledge that is wrong or only works in specific situations - Good advice applied in the wrong way Paste your sentences + the additional information in the comments 👇 If you're using the tracker, check off your day here. When you're done, move on to Day 3

But instead, I jump from one program or protocol to the next—burning out before I see any real progress. 6. I want to improve my fertility and feel hopeful—not panicked—about starting or growing my family. But instead, I wait months (or years) for fertility consults, obsess over ovulation kits, and feel like my only option is medication. 7. I want to look in the mirror and feel like myself again—not someone who’s constantly managing symptoms with no end in sight. But instead, I try to “fix” how I look with skincare products, hair regrowth treatments, or restrictive diets that leave me feeling worse. 8. I want to understand my lab results and health markers so I’m not completely dependent on rushed or dismissive healthcare appointments. But instead, I avoid lab tests because I don’t know what to ask for—or I get results and feel too intimidated to interpret them.
Day 1
(This is for people taking part in the challenge.) Task: Pretend you are your ideal client and write a list of at least 3 things you want. Paste your sentences in the comments 👇 If you're using the tracker, check off your day here. Once you're done here, you can move on to Day 2
