Charlotte Marathon
It’s officially official now! I’ve signed up to run the charlotte marathon! I have a lot of emotions going on happy scared nervous excited! I think I’ll do alright. The word is it’s a hilly marathon definitely not the easiest marathon to choose for a first time.

You absolutely have this! You have put so much time into your long runs and all of your speed training. Just keep your consistency from now till race day. Practice good self-care and your long run fueling. Absolutely here to support you along the way!

Good morning, runners! Let’s throw it back and share a favorite race or a memorable speed workout you have done in the past. Mine was the 5 x 600m. It was always challenging, but once completed the sense of accomplishment was amazing! When it comes to speed training; stress + rest = adaptation Have a great day!!
