My Experience with 'The Tensegral Breath' class.
This practice absolutely changed my life. From the end of the very first month all the way til the end of the 6 month program and beyond, my health transcended in all ways. This happened not only because of the sheer power of the practice itself, but also because of the masterful coaching provided by Kalman. His ability to identify even the smallest intrapersonal corrections needed to put you on the pathway to success is comparable to none that I've ever seen. It became blatantly obvious to me, almost immediately, that he is the teacher that every student dreams of having. The practice itself is incredibly relaxing and relatively easy to keep up with. You will need to push yourself at times, but small sacrifices yield great results. You'll learn how to harness the power of your breathing, manage stress, and ultimately heal your body while also building a strong foundation setting you up for future success in your own personal wellness. I went from an average runner struggling to go 3 miles, to running up mountains in less than 6 months. Almost all exercise feels effortless at this point in time. Before starting the program I thought my health was decent; I was doing some distance running and calisthenics exercises. My longest runs were about 2-3 miles and my muscles were very sore in the days following. 3 months into the program I was running 3 miles easily and breathing almost entirely through my nose after the initial warm-up. My muscles also started recovering faster. Before the practice I was sore for about 3 days post-workout. After sticking to the practice for only a couple months my recovery time drastically improved to 1-1.5 days. 4.5 months into the practice I was able to run my first-ever half marathon trail run with a top 40 out of 200 finish. Kalman taught me how to properly fuel my body with both breath and dietary knowledge. I was able to cleanse my body of toxins because of this practice and take back the level of health that I thought was lost to youth. My max breath hold started at about 40 seconds. I can now exhale and hold my breath out for over 2 minutes. My bolt score started at 18 seconds and is now around 30-40 seconds. After doing a breathing routine that number goes above 60 seconds.
