All the above! My partner has 2 kids with special needs and his son in particular, with ADHD and Autism, steals most of my peace. Also regret about the past and a lot of negative self talk.

Today around 6. I didn't sleep well and that doesn't help. I'd slept well on Wednesday night and noticed I could focus on the present moment a lot better yesterday. I keep remembering to guide the mind back to the present though, which is good, because I forget a lot.
